    So bad customer service. They gave me $10 less change and I went back to get my $10 but the old lady start blaming me instead. She said her daughter will check the camera and I left my number but never called me back. I called so many times but they never answered. So disappointed with Australia Post !

    Angry grumpy aunty barks at customer, WHAT YOU WANT! NEXT! NO WORKING! almost worth a visit just to see what she will yell at next. Generally fast service, always someone different to chat to in the line. Can get a car park most days.
